How much does a pool cost?
It depends on size, depth, system (skimmer, overflow or infinity), finish level and extras. That is why we offer a free site visit and an itemised quote.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The site visit and quote are free in Riyadh with no obligation. In other cities we arrange the visit with you and explain the details when you contact us.
How long does pool construction take?
A concrete pool usually takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on size, system and finishes. You get a clear timeline with the quote.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a warranty on workmanship and waterproofing, with duration and terms set out in the contract.
Skimmer vs overflow vs infinity?
Skimmer is the most economical with water below the edge; overflow brings water to deck level into a channel and balance tank; infinity has a vanishing edge and is the most luxurious.
Do I need a permit for a pool?
Pool construction usually needs a Balady permit. We explain the requirements during the site visit.

Do you offer pool maintenance contracts?
Yes. Weekly or monthly contracts covering cleaning, chemical balancing and equipment checks.
How much space do I need for a villa pool?
We can design a small pool from about 3 × 6 m; the key is leaving space around it. We confirm after the site visit.
Skimmer vs overflow?
In a skimmer pool water sits below the edge and costs less; in an overflow pool water reaches the edge into a channel and balance tank for a more luxurious look.
Why does the balance tank matter?
It receives overflow water and keeps the level stable. If it is undersized or poorly waterproofed you get water loss or leaks.
Does an infinity pool suit every villa?
It looks best with a view or level change, but we can design a visual effect even on flat plots. We advise after the site visit.
How long does pool construction take?

What is the best pool finish?
Glass mosaic lasts longest with stable colour; porcelain costs less. The key is pool-rated adhesive and grout.
How often should a pool be cleaned?
Weekly in summer and about every two weeks in winter, depending on use. A maintenance contract takes care of it for you.
My pool loses water, leak or evaporation?
A simple test tells whether the loss is normal evaporation or a leak in the shell, pipes or balance tank.
Is underwater lighting safe?
Yes, with low-voltage pool-rated equipment and correct earthing, which is what we install.
Is salt better than chlorine?
Salt systems generate chlorine automatically and feel gentler on skin and eyes, but need a unit and upfront cost. We advise on the best fit.
Can I add a jacuzzi to an existing pool?
Usually yes. We check the space and plumbing and suggest the best option inside or beside the pool.
